Authentic meditation

Formal meditation (sitting cross-legged, eyes closed, or similar) remains for me a wonderful morning habit, toward which I have developed a pleasant attachment that I don't intend to fight in any way.

It thus adds to other attachments that I love and that I don't intend to give up 😊.

In my current situation, I find it difficult to find the time and space for formal meditation.

So I dedicate more energy to genuine meditation, which is simply a state of being present in the moment, without limiting or choosing the type of activity. I’m talking about a state you can maintain during a walk in the woods, but also when you’re telling someone to “go to hell” or when you’re playing an instrument.

The topic is so stimulating that I decided to write a book about it, which I’ll start working on in the next few days.
