Simona loves to create Vinyasa sequences and she's always experimenting with something new, the result of the experiences made over the years bringing sweetness and enthusiasm.

A lover of dance and movement since she was a child, in her classes, she combines technical moments, in which to seek the right alignment, with the freer ones in which she can simply flow.

Shee was certified as a teacher in 2017 at Hari om, which she will continue to attend by participating in various seminars proposed by the school.
