It is the perfect fusion between face to face and technology: on the one hand you will experience Yoga in sharing with our best teachers in the classroom and on the other hand you will follow some fundamental theoretical lessons on video, so as to have more time during the in person classes for more in-depth teachings.

Certification
Just like all our yoga training, the 200hr digital-on demand YTT is certified by Yoga Alliance USA and is valid worldwide.
The 200h certificate is awarded only on completion of the course and the final exam.

Through our courses we try to deepen the details of each individual discipline/art in order to provide a solid foundation for practice, to promote a sincere approach to self-knowledge and the development of one's potential and of course to provide the necessary tools to become inspired teachers.
