This module introduces the logic of creating sequences of Yin Yoga: only by knowing all the possible variations of the sequences and their energetic implications, we will be able to respond fully and safely to the different needs of our students.

INFORMATION

Timetable
The intensive course begins at 10:30 of the first day and ends at 17:00 of the last day.
Staying at Cascina Bellaria during the course is not compulsory.

It’s mandatory to attend all theory and practice classes of the course.

DIPLOMA

To attend the Yin Yoga & Meridians course one must have completed the Yin Yoga Teacher Training First Level.

At the end of the course, following a favourable evaluation by the teacher, two distinct certifications may be issued:

- those who have a Diploma of Yoga teacher will be issued a Diploma of Teacher Yin Yoga & Meridians;

- those who do not have a diploma of Yoga teacher (minimum 200 hours) will be issued a Certificate of Attendance

LOCATION

Yin Yoga Sequencing takes place at Cascina Bellaria (Italy).
Cascina Bellaria is a place where the green lawn blends in the vastness of the sky. The farmhouse is located on an open plan from where both dawn and sunset light can be enjoyed at their best. The food offered is simple and natural as well as delicious and prepared with love.
It’s a place open to creativity where live music, dj sets and shows are regular features.
A place where to relax by the pool or pamper yourself with a massage from our SPA.
