“Miracles do exist” - Marco M.
Miracles do exist
Anyone sincerely looking to transform their life and find a new way of being may find value in the following exercise.
Even if practiced just one day a week, the goal is to avoid speaking or writing any sentence that could, even subtly, cast a shadow on the actions or essence of another person. This goes beyond simply avoiding "badmouthing" others; it includes avoiding any language that is diminishing (such as blame, disapproval, or commiseration).
This practice requires commitment and discipline to be effective. Once you have mastered your words, apply the same level of attention to your thoughts.
For those who authentically commit to this practice, I can assure you that miracles happen!
