“The Abyss of Mirrors” - Marco M.
The Abyss of Mirrors
Energy and time are wasted in the search for meanings and motivations. This search does not concern events that truly happened, but mental fantasies or, at best, a personal interpretation. Real motivations, when they exist, rest mostly on mere biology, which today no one seems willing to seriously consider because it is somehow brutal and “politically incorrect.”
Instead, psychology is preferred, a reshuffling of hot air that mostly benefits the psychologist. Thus, we are reduced to warriors lost in an abyss of mirrors.
The authentic “spiritual” seeker knows the basic biological laws, that which is already present within us at birth, the legacy left by past generations.
The authentic seeker knows very well that the so-called mind creates films, stories, and narratives and does not identify with them.
The authentic seeker does not investigate meanings, but simply observes the present moment. They are simultaneously actor and observer. They see the laws of biology expressing themselves through them, enjoy the stories the mind produces, and do not waste time searching for meanings that, for a careful observer, are mostly self-evident.
