The new 250-hour weekend course program is flexible and interactive, designed to make our professional and certified Yoga training more accessible to everyone.

SCHEDULE

The course is structured in a single academic year that includes: 6 weekends of training in the chosen location and with the presence of the teacher; personal study sessions; a 4-day retreat at Cascina Bellaria (Italy), at the end of the course.

Certification

Just like all our yoga training, the 250hr YTT in Lugano is certified by Yoga Alliance USA and is valid worldwide.

The 250h certificate is awarded only on completion of the course and the final exam.

On both days there will be a break of about 1 hour for lunch and some breaks during the day.

For personal study sessions, it will only be necessary to purchase our text “Lo Yoga Oltre lo Yoga” which contains, in addition to details on the different alignments, also the possibility of accessing demonstration videos on the different positions. This material should be read, studied, and deepened before the review and application lesson.

For example, if on the calendar it’s written "Teaching Tests and Technical Review on Balance and Meditation Asanas and Back Bends Asana" it will be the student's responsibility to come to class prepared, having already read and acquired the basics through the book.

By enrolling in the course, the students will be given access to an anatomy forum where they can ask for clarification on the online forms related to the topic of interest.

In addition, if the students wish to deepen some alignment modules or other topics, they can do so during the summer residences at Cascina Bellaria, at the cost of € 50 per day.
