Just like all our yoga training, the 300hr YTT is certified by Yoga Alliance USA and is valid worldwide.

The 300h certificate is awarded only on completion of the course.

Course overview

Our training is a journey, a transformation, a discovery of the self through the encounter with others.
You will acquire solid fundaments to teach Vinyasa Yoga, other structural styles and Yin Yoga.
The senior teachers have more than twenty years’ experience in guiding and training teachers and are assisted by excellent side-teachers specialized in diverse areas of expertise.
A team of instructors, rather than one individual teacher, lead each teacher training, to provide students with a 360° overview of Yoga.
The training is precise in teaching asanas and their alignments while anatomy focuses rather on the movement and the parts pertinent to a yoga class than being a general topic.
We give great emphasis to teaching techniques and practice teaching sessions in order to allow the students to be able to teach as soon as they complete the training.
Pranayama and Meditation are also an important feature of our School just as it is our contemporary vision of philosophy and the spiritual characteristics of Yoga, which we convey, in a simple, yet never common, language.

Before the course begins you will be given access to the multimedia content (Anatomy, Nervous System, Cardiorespiratory System, Ayurveda, Mudra, Healthy Living).

The 300h intensive course august 19 - september 8, starts at 10.30 am on the first day and it ends at 2.00 pm on the last day.

The 300h intensive course august 25 - september 14, starts at 7.00 am on the first day and it ends at 2.30 pm on the last day.

Please Note: Intensive means that the course is thought of as a retreat therefore it's mandatory to reside at Cascina Bellaria during the teacher training.

Teachers

LOCATION

The 300hr intensive residential Yoga Teacher Training takes place at Cascina Bellaria (Italy).
Cascina Bellaria is a place where the green lawn blends in the vastness of the sky. The farmhouse is located on an open plan from where both dawn and sunset light can be enjoyed at their best. The food offered is simple and natural as well as delicious and prepared with love.
It’s a place open to creativity where live music, dj sets and shows are regular features.
A place where to relax by the pool or pamper yourself with a massage from our SPA.

Tuition fee for 300hr Intensive YTT Yoga Alliance: 1.700 €

Early Bird rates apply to the intensive course only. The discount doesn't apply to students who don't pay the full course amount.

The price of tuition includes training teachings, yoga teacher Certification recognized by Yoga Alliance.
