I was born in Switzerland, between high mountains and small towns.
These contrasts have always tinkled my creative search for the Middle Ways.
Traveling to discover the world allows me to grow and travel within myself, following the rhythm of experiences, sometimes intense and deep, sometimes light and superficial, so much so that I can surrender to that curiosity that never makes me stop.

Also because if seen briefly we are all more beautiful.

Yoga has been and still is a means that allows me to travel, and I hope to take advantage of it for as long as possible.It taught me how to breathe. I love its extremes and its nuances encountered halfway. The school and the magic of the Hari om farmhouse, has welcomed me as a student since 2019 where I began my journey as a teacher, to date I am traveling again for this new adventure.
