"Wellness" - Marco M.

Wellness

It is well known that wellness is nowadays a marketing product. Minds, with bodies devastated by sedentariness and an oppressive lifestyle, need crutches in the form of products (courses, counseling sessions, diets) to be purchased with the illusion that such products will solve a problem whose solution would actually be different. The real solution would certainly come at a much lower cost but implies personal responsibility and commitment.

However, being now incapable of any commitment, they prefer to turn to 'experts' who promote diets, give advice on which water to drink, babble about chakras without having any personal experience on the subject, tell you how much to expose yourself to the sun and how much not to, what the favorable planetary transits are, etc. These experts have the awareness of an average fifteen-year-old consumer of trap music, but in the face of widespread despair and total lack of awareness, it is possible to sell anything, and anyone can do it.

A person who regains a minimum degree of sensitivity does not need someone to tell them what to eat or how to exercise or what to wear, etc. Through sensitivity, a human being knows perfectly well what is right and what is wrong, what is good for them and what is not, whom to listen to and whom not to.

Any practice, course, seminar, or retreat should genuinely guide towards reclaiming one's own feelings and not overwhelm the student with further useless information.
