Yin Yoga is the feminine counterpart of yoga as it is usually practiced, focusing on the lengthening and contraction of muscles (elastic tissues). Yin practice focuses instead on the more rigid and deeper connective tissues, ligaments, tendons and joints: it is based on a gradual and prolonged keeping of asanas, using props when needed. Helped by gravity and breath, the focus is on the pelvis, hip and vertebral column. In this way, tissues elongate, strengthen and relax, recovering and improving flexibility and making the body nimble. The practice of Yin Yoga, combined with the profound therapeutic effects obtained from remaining in the quiet state of poses, leads to a state of meditation and increased awareness of the self.


Method

We will alternate practice of Yin Yoga and the study of its basic principles and main poses.

Schedule

Saturday: From 10.30 am to 7.30 pm.
Sunday: From 10.30 am to 5.30 pm.


Prices

2 days of training: 90 €

1 day (MODULE 1) of training: 50 €
