July 29th - 31st 2016 - Cascina Bellaria

Directed by: Paola Stropeni

The Acroyoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics and the swetness ancient art of thai massage or Metta dance. These three lineages form the foundation of a practice that cultivates trust, playfulness and connection.

3 days intensive AcroYoga training in a wonderful italian countryside. During the training you’ll go deeper in: Yoga, Thai Massage and Acroyoga.
Every day will start with Vipassana meditation and a Solar or Lunar Yoga class. Acroseeds will help you in refining technics, learning new transitions, getting safely upside down and starting your own creative process. You’ll get personal coaching for your handstand every day!
All AcroYoga sessions are for beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners. The group will be split by level if necessary. Training hours (15h) are certificated by AY certified teachers level 2.
You’ll also have the opportunity to go deeper in the ancient art of Thai massage, with a session every end of the afternoon.

All meals will be healthy, made with love and vegan from Hari om special kitchen staff and organic vegetables from the garden!

Bring your swimming suit...for some AY in the pool ;-)
