Labor and child delivery, anatomy references
How to face labor and delivery with a Yoga help.

Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Kundalini Yoga practices, pranayama techniques, mantra, visualizations, relaxation and meditation

The course aim to give the student

  • a specific practice for each trimester
  • a post-partum specific practice, yogic rehabilitation of the pelvic floor
  • ayurvedic suggestions for fertility, pregnancy, post partum and breast feeding


This 3-days workshops has lectures and a yoga practice a day to experiment the different techniques explained during lectures.

Schedule: 9.30 am - 4.30 pm
