Yin Yoga, tuning up with the body in stillness and meditation(a meditative Yoga Practice)
By: Max
Seminar Contents
One of the main points of all Yoga practices is to enter into a meditative state from which realization or liberation may arise. Yin Yoga retakes the ancient and original ways of practicing the Asana with a modern approach and as a complement to the more recent and active Yang styles. It's a conscious exploration of our body and limits in a state of meditative stillness in time and space.
