The yoga therapy training is divided into two modules. Each module is a 7 days retreat located in the north of Italy.
It’s possible to take part to just one of the two modules or to both.
Yoga Therapy Training in Italy

Teachers will be available through the training to answer questions and to support students to overcame difficulties they may encounter as well as to facilitate the development of each student as a competent yoga therapist.
Yoga Therapy Training’s Overview
This training aims at giving participants an overview of the scope of modern yoga therapy, which combines western and eastern sciences to create therapeutic programmes based on the essence of Yoga: the search for our own true Nature.
A precise methodology will be taught to embrace physical, energetic, psychological and spiritual aspects of our being, so that the Yoga therapist can create a sacred space in which the students can learn to look at their knots and become independent in the journey to self healing and self realization.

Students will be given a Manual that will cover all the necessary teaching materials. Reading of integrative tests will be advised.
Yoga Therapy Training’s Contents
This Yoga Therapy Training (Module A and B) has been created to show how to contact your consciousness to lead you in the path towards a deep healing process.
The programme (module A and B) will cover following subjects.
- Health in western and eastern approaches.
- Body Mind and Soul: a journey to oneness.
- Philosophy and psychology of yoga therapy; Yoga Therapy as a spiritual practice.
- The importance of a correct life style in the healing process.
- The teacher-student relation in Yoga therapy.
- Evaluation skills for assessing imbalances (on a physical, energetic, psychological and spiritual level).
One example of therapeutic approach with asana, pranayama, mudras, meditation, yantras and Yoga nidra for the main pathologies of our modern world. such as:
- anxiety and depression
- postural problems
- respiratory problems

Shared dorm with shared bathroom: 850 € (20 nights).
Double room with private bathroom: 1.300 € (20 nights).
Triple or 4 quadruple room with shared bathroom 1.150 € (20 nights).
Prices include herbal tea before morning practice, brunch, fruit and herbal tea break in the afternoon, dinner, one towels and sheets' change every week, transfer from Alessandria train station.
Transfer from Milano (Malpensa, Linate, Orio al Serio), Genova and Torino airport has a price of 150 €.
