Contents and scheduling
Every day 2 classes of Hatha-Yoga (asana, pranayama, meditation) and some random class of Animal Flow, Natural Movement, Functional Training, Ecstatic Dance.
Overview
Floating Touch massage and other wellness treatments are available every day at an extra cost (booking is required).
On New Year's Eve there will be the great celebratory midnight bonfire washed with beer, wine, panettone and some bubbly.
COSTS, ACCOMODATIONS and board
Single class cost: 18 €
For those who stay in Cascina, the classes, if booked and paid for all on arrival, will cost 13 € each.

From december 30, 2023 to January 8, 2024 included, an increase of 20€pp per day will be applied.
