Cascina Bellaria is off to a great start! We open with an incredible desire for new beginnings and the aim to offer a unique experience to anyone who comes to visit us, whether it's for a day or a month.

The farmhouse is ideal for a holiday in the middle of Nature, in a magical place that smells of freedom. A space-time bubble where you can immerse yourself in wellness at 360 degrees: yoga, fitness, spa treatments, a bit of music or just reading a good book.

If you choose to engage in physical activity, you'll find an international environment, with guests from all over the world, yoga classes led by experienced and qualified teachers, a few-day seminars or intensive Yoga teacher training courses.

If you prefer relaxation, you can indulge in unforgettable moments in our SPA for exclusive use, relaxing massages such as Floating Touch, sound baths and much more.

Contents and scheduling

Every day 2 classes of Hatha-Yoga Vinyasa (asana, pranayama, meditation);
At the weekend music and Vegetarian Experience: Vegetarian Pizza and Farinata (chickpeas pancake typical of this region) with Bar and Aperitifs opening at 7 p.m. Dinner from 8 p.m.;
Every day: high-quality vegetarian cuisine with locally sourced products.

Overview

Beside the classes, during this summer period there will be many other seminars, events and workshops dedicated to Yoga.

Floating Touch massage is available upon request.

Vegetarian Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, vegan and gluten-free options with organic local cuisine made by in-house chef.

Single class cost: 18 €
Package 2 classes per day 26 €
Package 5 classes: 80 €. Valid until September 2022.
Package 10 classes: 130 €. Valid until September 2022.
