PURPOSE
In a few days you will not only acquire immediate results about yourself but you will learn the techniques to maintain and improve them and the professionalism to educate others.
Movements involve multiple joints, stimulate proprioception and core activity. Being functional means being strong, coordinated, flexible and agile .
You will learn to use Crossfit and Fitness Workout techniques. But also some stretching and decongestion techniques of the body inspired or similar to Yoga.

What? What's this? The purpose of the camp is to learn how to train different muscle chains at the same time, the techniques to correctly move the body and then apply them in daily movements, and also to have a correct posture. Learn how to create a training plan for yourself and for others by focusing on a realistic goal. Know and be aware of how biomechanics of the body works. Learn how to integrate the relaxation and stretching part to properly balance the workout.

The camp is aimed at those who love to move the body in nature, for those who want to make it a profession, for those who want to improve their ability to manage a balanced but highly energizing workout, for those who want to feel better every day, for those who need to recharge. his energy supplies, to those who want to meet new friends, to those who want to create a functional and performing body (360 °) for themselves or for others.
DIPLOMA
Il Camp Functional Training è aperto a tutti, sia a chi ha già una preparazione in ambito sportivo sia a chi non possiede nessun titolo pregresso.
At the end of the course, following a favorable evaluation by the instructor of the course, the diploma "Functional Gymnastics - Functional Training Method - First Level" will be awarded.
For those enrolled in the Hari Yoga Teacher Training, Camp Functional Training allows to accrue 20 training credits for the YA 300-hour diploma.
Timetable
The retreat starts at 10.00 on the first day and it ends at 17.00 on the last day.
The course is structured as a retreat so staying at the course location is mandatory for the duration of the same.

LOCATION
The Camp takes place at Cascina Bellaria (Italy).
Cascina Bellaria is a place where the green lawn blends in the vastness of the sky. The farmhouse is located on an open plan from where both dawn and sunset light can be enjoyed at their best. The food offered is simple and natural as well as delicious and prepared with love.
It’s a place open to creativity where live music, dj sets and shows are regular features.
A place where to relax by the pool or pamper yourself with a massage from our SPA.
