"Nature is the Way" - Marco M.

Nature is the Way

Every time I have the great privilege of walking in a forest at the beginning of autumn, it reminds me how, in the end, every human aberration is the result of an attempt to deviate from nature. Nature teaches us that death is part of life and is its fulfillment, creating space for a new seasonal cycle. Nature teaches us the infinite beauty of decay, just as it teaches us the simple law of karma, that everyone must cherish what is theirs, loving their own existence with all that it holds (Amor Fati).

Many of my peers, on the other hand, would like to live forever and do not accept the ephemeral impermanence of life, just as they do not accept aging; instead of 'wearing it' with pride, they distort their appearance with bizarre 'nips and tucks', and continue to dress and speak like teenagers, putting on a sad little show.

Then there are those who are born male but claim to be female, or vice versa, which has nothing to do with, in any case, legitimate sexual interests, or simply those who are born with the gift of being skilled at manual work but, pushed by a declining society, must at all costs become an incapable lawyer or a mediocre engineer.

Could it not be that, instead, the enthusiastic acceptance of nature is the essential prerequisite for a fulfilling life?
