If you are reading this and believe that to live well you need many things and a lot of power, I'm sorry for you, you're an incurable sufferer.
Imagine a society more rock, as Gianna Nannini would say, even though she has nothing to do with Rock. A society where there is no "reality show". X Factor and the like would cease to exist because nobody would watch them and Ant and Dec could spend their time in the arms of their beloved wives or read a book. Before we wander off, the problems in our society are not caused by reality shows, but by the fact that so many people like watching them and this is a symptom of serious illness.
Imagine a world without "haters", in which, when someone has to tell you something unpleasant, they have the guts to tell you to your face.
Imagine a civilization where people are no longer spoiled by power and the idea of non-sense stockpiling and they incredibly decide that the most important thing is to live "well" and seek with all their power to do what they like. If you are reading this and believe that to live well you need many things and a lot of power, I'm sorry for you, you're an incurable sufferer.
Imagine a world where people go back to the "old" pleasure of meeting in squares, at concerts, or in bars and those who can be called "friends" are real people with whom to spend time.
Imagine a society led by wise and intelligent leaders who have their and others’ pleasure among their primary goals without perceiving these two things as opposed to each other.
Imagine a world where people feel part of a whole in which the outside is not something to just exploit but something to care for.
Imagine a world where people decide follow their wildest dreams and to resume pursuing them by doing their best they can to make it happen. A world where people are determined to create better living conditions for themselves and for the others.
Human beings who are not satisfied by the simple end of suffering, a neutral state where everything is unbiased, but that actually want to feel life flowing through their veins, burned with authentic passions and driven by the winds of enthusiasm.
In such a world the soundtrack would only be rock.
