PURPOSE
If the art of movement is your profession, Animal Motion will allow you to enhance your classes making them more fun without the need to buy any equipment as well as being adaptable to any need for space. Animal Motion is a functional training that focuses on elegance and fluidity, as it works on all range of movement, developing an unparalleled psychophysical harmony.
During the course you will learn the different main shapes, the correct technique for different movements, the ability to transition from one shape to another as well as the different possible integrations with other practices.
DIPLOMA
Animal Motion is open to anyone, regardless of their fitness experience and/or certifications.
At the end of the course we issue a Certificate of Attendance and suitability for teaching “Hari-Om method - Animal Motion”.
For those enrolled in the Hari Yoga Teacher Training, Camp Animal Motion allows to accrue 40 training credits, per ciascun corso, for the YA 300-hour diploma.

Basic level contents
Basic Animal Motion positions and movements. How to create circuits and freestyle flows that use Animal Motion positions and transitions. Guided sequences.

Advanced level contents
Advanced Animal Motion positions and movements. Elements of basic acrobatics. Integration of Animal Motion and Yoga with the creation of sequences that encompass both disciplines.
Timetable
The retreat starts at 16.00 on the first day and it ends at 13.00 on the last day.
The course is structured as a retreat so staying at the course location is mandatory for the duration of the same.

LOCATION
Animal Motion takes place at Cascina Bellaria (Italy).
Cascina Bellaria is a place where the green lawn blends in the vastness of the sky. The farmhouse is located on an open plan from where both dawn and sunset light can be enjoyed at their best. The food offered is simple and natural as well as delicious and prepared with love.
It’s a place open to creativity where live music, dj sets and shows are regular features.
A place where to relax by the pool or pamper yourself with a massage from our SPA.
