Rosalba has a 20 years experience in the field of holistic disciplines and techniques.

She is a Yoga Instructor as well as Ayurvedic and Shiatsu Practitioner, accredited Kinesiologist, Massophysiotherapist and practitioner of other wellness techniques such as reflexology.

She has been studying Ayurveda since 1994 both with Italian and Indian teachers and received her diploma in 2002 at the Istituto Riza in Milan.

She is part of the teacher staff of Hari-Om for both the Yoga teacher training and Ayurvedic practitioner program. She is also in charge for Hari-Om of the Ayurvedic Massage courses in Brescia.
