Marco Mandrino is a E-RYT 500 registered Yoga Teacher, with a certification of Experienced Teacher by Yoga Alliance, Coni, MSP and CSEN.

He studied and experimented different approaches to Yoga and spirituality.

Since an early age Max felt attracted and influenced by the vision and teaching of Mystics, Masters and Yogis like Rumi, J.Krishnamurti, G.I. Gurdjieff, R. Tagore andP. Yogananda, among others, which shaped the spiritual path to follow.

Rosalba has a 20 years experience in the field of holistic disciplines and techniques.

She is a Yoga Instructor as well as Ayurvedic and Shiatsu Practitioner, accredited Kinesiologist, Massophysiotherapist and practitioner of other wellness techniques such as reflexology.

Marco Fasanotti's journey along the investigaion of mind and body started 40 years ago when he was a child and he first met the Martial Arts world. This encouraged him to get to know different cultures and different ways of thinking.

He considers that experience as the start of his personal evolution into exploring new ways of movement and energy.

Lilli was born in Rome. She studied languages and travelled the world on cruise ships without treating her fibromyalgia, an ailment she was diagnosed with when she was only 22.

An injury forced her to stop that mundane life, always running, always fast.

Adriana has dedicated her life to health and healing, body movement and bodywork. She has been a yoga teacher and massage therapist over the past 10 years and has shared her passion in several yoga studios, retreat centers, hotels, spas, fitness centers, kindergartens and schools all over Costa Rica.
