Teacher Trainings overview

200 hours and 500 hours Hari-Om Yoga Teacher Training aim to give its students a solid foundation for teaching Yoga and to stimulate participants to find their own personal path among the different and numerous approaches and techniques that exist in the world of Yoga. The professional Yoga teacher trainings are true immersion at their finest.

Teaching material

Students will be given a Manual that will cover all the necessary teaching materials. Reading of integrative tests will be advised.

Training Cost

• 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training:  2,000 €.
• 500 hr Yoga Teacher Training: 2,700 €.

The price includes tuition, Professional certificate of attendance (recognized by the Yoga Alliance) and training manuals.

Accommodation and Board

200 hours training as well as the 500 hours training are held at Cascina Bellaria, in Piemonte, Italy.

Different types of accommodations and rates are listed below.

200hr Yoga Teacher Training Accomodations:

• Shared dorm with shared bathroom: € 880 (21 night).
• Double room with private bathroom: € 1,370 (21 night).
• Triple or 4 quadruple room with private bathroom € 1,200 (21 night).

500hr Yoga Teacher Training Accomodations:

• Shared dorm with shared bathroom: € 1,270 (31 days).
• Double room with private bathroom: € 1,950 (31 days).
• Triple or 4 quadruple room with private bathroom € 1,700 (31 days).

Prices include herbal tea before morning practice, brunch, fruit and herbal tea break in the afternoon, dinner, one towel and sheets change every week, transfer from Alessandria train station in the morning of the first day of course and in the afternoon when the course finishes.

Transfer from Milano (Malpensa, Linate, Orio al Serio), Genova and Torino airport have a price of € 150.
