Teacher Trainings Overview

200 hours and 500 hours Hari-Om Yoga Teacher Training aim to give its students a solid foundation for teaching Yoga and to stimulate participants to find their own personal path among the different and numerous approaches and techniques that exist in the world of Yoga. The professional Yoga Teacher Trainings are true immersion at their finest

Teaching material

Students will be given a book that will cover all the necessary teaching materials. Reading of integrative tests will be advised. All material will be sent via email 2 weeks before the course and have to be printed by the students prior the arrival to the course.

The price includes tuition, Professional certificate of attendance (recognized by the Yoga Alliance) and training manuals.

Accomodation and Board

Hari-om Yoga School carefully selects the venue for its trainings to ensure comfortable and secure lodging, delicious vegetarian and organic meals, inspiring and lush environment for your study.

200 hours training as well as the 500 hours training are held at the Tiskita Jungle Lodge, a joyful front beach resort in the Pacific Coast and some of the 200 hours programs will be held at the Samasati Nature Retreat, a first class retreat on the South Caribbean of Costa Rica.

TISKITA JUNGLE LODGE - February-March 200hr and 500hr programs

The Tiskita Jungle Lodge is wonderfully located between the beach and the jungle. Five minutes walking to the beach and 2 minutes walking into the jungle. All rooms are spacious and have a veranda, have an en suite bathroom and a beautiful view on the beach and ocean or to the jungle. The rooms are quiet and peaceful. Prices are per person. Internet wi-fi available 24 hours in the common area.

Tiskita Jungle Lodge's facilities include a swimming pool overlooking the ocean, a SPA where a wide variety of massage sessions are offered and many trails where you can experience natural waterfalls to swim and relax and the forest and its magic led by the knowledge of Clyde.

SAMASATI NATURE RETREAT - January and September 200hr program

Prices vary according to the season.

Bungalows: Triple and Double bungalows are nestled in a lovely tropical garden. All bungalows have one bathroom with hot water and spacious verandas overlooking the jungle and the ocean.

Classic Samasati Rooms: are located in 2 lodges, the Monkey Lodge and the Namaste House. Each of the four rooms is open onto a spacious veranda with cozy, inviting hammocks. In every house there are 2 bathrooms to share.
